• The subject of this public procurement includes: performance of services, including the preparation of an investment project in the working project phase and author's supervision, for the site: "Reconstruction, conservation, restoration and internal remodeling of a building - RECTORATE, with the construction of an underground parking lot of the SU "St. Kliment Ohridski" with identifier 68134.106.2.1, located in UPI I - for the SU "St. Kliment Ohridski", district 546, Sofia, district "Sredets", with administrative address "Tsar Osvoboditel" Blvd. No. 15, Sofia. The project should be prepared in accordance with the requirements of the ZUT and ZKN, in volume and scope according to Ordinance No. 4 of May 21, 2001 on the scope and content of investment projects. The parts foreseen by the Contracting Authority, in which the relevant one should be prepared investment project, are the following: a) Architecture; b) Building structures; c) Engineering geology and hydrogeology (report); d) water supply; e) TOVC; f) Energy efficiency; g) Electrical installations; h) Fire alarm (implementation of existing approved project); i) Geodesy; j) Landscaping and park management; k) Safety and Health Plan; l) Technological; m) Fire safety; n) Traffic organization and safety; o) Signal and security equipment (SOT); p) Construction management plan waste (waste); r) Bill of Quantities; c) Conservation and restoration; t) Other parts resulting from the specifics of the object.
