Description:
The object of this public procurement is a "service" within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 3 of the Civil Procedure Code. With the conduct of the procedure, it is envisaged to conclude a framework agreement with 3 (three) potential contractors for the performance of design services for sites managed by the Military Medical Academy (MMA) and its subordinate structures (the "Employer"). The design services awarded with the specific contracts after conducting an internal competitive selection (mini procedure) will be expressed mainly, but not only, in the following activities (services): preparation of conceptual, technical and working projects for construction,econstruction, basic and current repairs of buildings and facilities managed by the VMA and its subordinate structures, as well as their adjacent spaces; preparation of photographs, surveys, preparation of project accounting documentation and the like, including pre-investment studies.
