"Preparation of investment projects, as well as the related preliminary (feasibility) studies and assignments for the preparation of projects for the construction, reconstruction, rehabilitation, major overhaul, ....
The subject of the public procurement is the preparation of investment projects as well as the related ones Their preliminary (feasibility) studies and design tasks for construction, reconstruction, rehabilitation, major overhaul, monitoring and maintenance of the elements of the technical infrastructure and the building stock, namely:
1. Preparation of preliminary (feasibility) studies;
2. Preparation of motivated proposals for modification of development plans and schemes;
3. Investigation of existing sites and facilities;
4. Preparation of technical or structural opinions with recommendations and instructions of existing sites and structures;
5. Drawing up and/or updating of technical passports of existing Construction in accordance with Ordinance No. 5 on the technical passports of the construction works of 28.12.2006 of the MRDPW.
6. preparation and coordination of conceptual investment projects;
7. Preparation and coordination of technical investment projects;
8. Preparation and coordination of work investment projects;
9. Exercise of a copyright Supervision.
Public procurement contracts will be concluded on the basis of the framework concluded and in compliance with the terms and conditions provided for in it.
