The subject of this public procurement is the execution of all activities on preliminary pre-investment studies for the development of the alternative railway directions along the middle axis in the direction North (Danube River/border with the Republic of Romania) - South (border with the Republic of Greece/Republic of Turkey). They should be considered at least the following main areas: 1. Rousse - Gorna Oryahovitsa - Veliko Tarnovo - Dabovo - Tulovo - Stara Zagora - Mihailovo - Dimitrovgrad - Simeonovgrad - Svilengrad - border with the Republic of Greece. 2. Ruse - Levski - Lovech - Troyan - Hristo Danovo - Karlovo - Plovdiv - Dimitrovgrad - Simeonovgrad - Svilengrad - border with the Republic of Greece. 3. Cherkvitsa/Gigen - Gulyantsi - Pleven - Dolni Dabnik - Bezkhanovo - Lovech - Troyan - Hristo Danovo - Karlovo - Plovdiv - Dimitrovgrad - Simeonovgrad - Svilengrad - border with the Republic of Greece. 4.
