- The subject of the public procurement includes the development of a Technical Investment Project /TIP/ and the exercise of author's supervision, aimed at the renovation and improvement of the residential district. "Opticoelectron" I in Panagyurishte. The project should create a more cozy, aesthetic and functional environment for living, recreation and social activities by renovating the existing elements of the urban infrastructure and introducing new improvement solutions. The goal is a harmonious union between the green system, recreational spaces and urban mobility, as well as reducing harmful emissions and the carbon footprint associated with the occupancy, processes and materials of the renovation by performing a life cycle assessment.
The scope of the design includes preliminary studies and the preparation of the TIP by parts: Park planning and landscaping, Geodesy and vertical planning, water supply and Irrigation System, Electrical, Fire Safety, Safety and Health Plan, EMP and Accounting Documentation.
