Description:
The subject of the project is the development of a technical investment project (TIP) and the implementation of author's supervision for a site: a multi-story parking lot in UPI I-265 "for health needs", quarter 4a according to the plan of the local government. "Zornitsa", the city of Burgas / PI with identifier 07079.601.265 according to the KKKR of the city of Burgas.
With Order No. 1940/22.06.2022.an amendment to the PUP-PRZ for UPI I and UPI II in quarter 4A was approved according to the plan of the residential district. "Zornitsa", PI with identifiers 07079.601.237 and 07079.601.199 according to the CC of the city of Burgas, with which UPI I and II in quarter 4a according to the plan of the city "Zornitsa" are united in a new general UPI I-265, assigned to PI with identifier 07079.601.265, with functionional allocation "for health needs", taking into account the existing buildings, the built site networks and the available underground technical infrastructure, with the provision of new construction for the needs of the children's hospital in the eastern part of the newly formed UPI, with construction indicators as follows:Height over 15m, Density up to 80%, Kint up to 3.0 and Landscaping min.20%.
