- The purpose of the public procurement is to appoint a contractor and conclude a contract for the development of a technical project for carrying out major repairs of the road sections, part of the republican road network, with the aim of bringing them into legal and operational suitability.
The purpose of the technical projectkt is that the developed design solution ensures compliance with the requirements for constructions in accordance with Art. 169 of the ZUT; the project documentation should provide all necessary parts, according to the specifics of the site, and should be produced in a volume and content sufficient for the implementation of the construction, withspecific design decisions, types and quantities of SMR, etc.
