Description:
The public contract includes the design and author supervision of three buildings owned by the Strumyani municipality - an administrative building located in UPI VIII-1124, quarter 18 with a built-up area of 905.85 sq.m., located in the village of Strumyani, the building of the SZDP TP DSC "Strumyani", UPI VIII-1124, quarter 18 with a built-up area of 645.00 square meters, and new schoolsa building and gymnasium at SU "St. Paisiy Hilendarski", Mikrevo village in UPI VIII-649. The parts of the investment project (IP) that should be developed in the "Technical design" phase are the following - "Architecture" or equivalent, "Constructive" or equivalent, "Electrical" (incl. low current) or equivalent, " Waterworks" illand eq., "HVAC" or eq., "EE" or eq., "Geodesy" or eq., Part "Geology" or eq. (applies to OP 3) and "Fire safety" or equiv. The IP should be prepared in accordance with the requirements of Ordinance No. 4 of May 21, 2001 on the scope and content of the IP and Ordinance No. RD-02-20-2 of 26.01.2021 on opdetermining the requirements for accessibility and universal design of the elements of the accessible environment.
