Description: The purpose of operation BG05FMOP001-5.001 "3.1 - Hot lunch in COVID-19 pandemic" is to contribute to achieving the overall objective of the operational program related to the reduction of the number of people living in poverty by providing food for people affected to the highest degree from the Covid-19 pandemic and the consequences of it. It complements the comprehensive national measures taken in response to the crisis by focusing on those for whom food provision is hampered or impossible in the unprecedented situation.
The total number of needy persons who will receive a warm lunch every working day during the month on the territory of Haskovo is up to 1,600 persons for which additional support is needed in the conditions of an extraordinary epidemic situation in compliance with the guidelines and requirements of the contracting authority and according to the THIS TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION.
