- The activities that will be carried out during the execution of the order are:
- Activity 1: Preparation of a working project - the project should provide a comprehensive concept for the renovation of the object and serve to fully clarify the necessary CMP for its implementation.
The project follows to include a minimumthe following parts: "Architecture"; "Constructive"; TK on the "Constructive" part; "Waterworks"; "Electro"; "Energy efficiency"; "Health and safety plan"; "Fire safety"; "Construction Waste Management Plan"; "Accounting Documentation".
- Activity 2. Exercise authorial supervision - throughoutdeadline for the execution of the construction and assembly works until the completion of the construction with the signing of the necessary and legally established acts for its completion.
