Description:
The scope of the order includes the following activities: Preparation of the Technical Project with scope and content according to the normative requirements of Ordinance No. 4/2001 on the scope and content of the investment projects and the specific requirements of the project and implementation of author supervision under the ZUT. The authorof the projects undertakes, with the execution of this order, to exercise subsequent author supervision during the execution of the SMR of the object, in accordance with the requirements of art. 162, para. 2 of the ZUT.
