- "Print and delivery of food vouchers for workers/employees of the Vratsa railway section working in the Career Karlukovo and entitled free food according to Article 285, Paragraphs 1 and 2 CT in connection ...Workers/employees of the Vratsa Railway Section working in a career Karlukovo and entitled to free food according to Art. 285, para. 1 and 2 of the Labor Code in connection with Ordinance No. 11 of 21.12.2005 on determining the conditions and procedure for providing free food and/or supplements to it. For food worth 3 / three / BGN for each worked day of the workers in the railway career, Karlukovo was introduced as the obligation of the employer in Article 64, para. 1, item 2 of the Labor Code 2024, signed on 27.05.2024.
The reason for providing the vouchers is in accordance with Art. 285 of the Labor Code, according to which the employerProvides employees with free food and/or food supplements. The conditions and procedure under which they are provided are laid down in Ordinance No. 11/2005, issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy and the Ministry of Health. The cost of providing free food and/orSupplements to it under this Ordinance are provided through a subsidy.
The execution of the subject of the orderIt should be fully in compliance with the requirements of Ordinance No. 7 of 09.07.2003 of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy and the Ministry of Finance.
