- This procedure aims at awarding a public procurement with an object involving print and delivery services through the purchase of calendars - goods included in the list under Article 12, paragraph 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act.
12 of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authority retains the contract for participation of specialized enterprises or Cooperatives of people with disabilities.
Persons registered as specialized enterprises or cooperatives of people with disabilities may participate in the reserved public procurement procedure, provided that:
- at least 30 percent of their listing composition is from people with disabilities or those in Disadvantaged position.
- have registration, as specialized enterprises or cooperatives of people with disabilities, at least three years before the date of opening the specific procedure for the award of a public procurement.
- can execute at least 80 percent of its subject with its own machines, facilities and human resources.
Other stakeholders may also participate in the procedure, but their offers are only considered if there are no offers of specialized enterprises or cooperatives of people with disabilities.
