• Printing and delivery of vouchers for food, according to ORDER No. 11 of 21.12.2005 to determine the terms and conditions for providing free food and/or supplements to it, for employees at 12-hour... This procedure is organized by the Contracting Authority in fulfillment of his obligations as an employer to the staff of the Center for Emergency Medical Assistance, Pleven, arising from Ordinance No. 11/2005. on determining the terms and conditions for providing free food and/or supplements to it", issued by the Minister of Labor and Social Policy and the Minister of Health / obn. State Gazette no. No. 1/03.01.2006/ and REGULATION No. 7 of 9.07.2003 on the terms and conditions for issuing and revoking a permit to operate as an operator of food vouchers on paper and electronic medium, for issuing food vouchers on electronic medium, the characteristics of issued food vouchers on electronic medium and carrying out activities as an operator. The same are realized by providing food vouchers, as one of the possible and permissible forms of providing this service in kind and differentiating it from monetary relationships between employer and staff. The vouchers should be used in the maximum number of food outlets (in the sense of Ordinance No. 7/ 09.07.2003 of MTSP and MF) on the territory of Pleven District. Vouchers to be accepted as a means of payment in no less than 5/five/ different commercial outlets for food products, falling within the territorial scope of the city of Pleven and at least in 1/one/ commercial outlet with territorial scope, in each of the cities - Levski, Cherven Bryag, Belene, Nikopol, Gulyantsi, Iskar, Knezha and Dolna Mitropolia.
