- The present public procurement under lots of positions No. 3 and 4 is a "reserved public procurement" in accordance with the regulation of Art. item 1 of the Public Procurement Law, whose subject is included in the list of goods and services according to the general terminological dictionary that are intended for assignment on Specialized enterprises or cooperatives of people with disabilities or for economic entities whose main purpose is the social and professional integration of disabled people or disadvantaged people, approved by Decision No. 591 of July 18, 2016 of the Council of Ministers.
Item No. 3 and No. 4 is intended for the assignment of specialized enterprises or cooperatives of people with disabilities, within the meaning of § 2, item 46 of the PPA of the Public Procurement Act, or of economic entities whose main purpose is the social and professional integration of people with disabilities or of disadvantaged people, For the purposes of § 2, item 62 of the DR of the Public Procurement Act.
