• Description:
• The full scope of the order includes the selection of a contractor for the production and delivery of advertising materials, printed materials and souvenirs for the needs of the PU "Paisiy Hilendarski", Plovdiv, according to specific positions, according to the content of the technical specification.
  The public order was saved by the contracting authority for the assignment of specialized enterprises or cooperatives to people with disabilities or to business entities whose main purpose is the social and professional integration of people with disabilities or people in a disadvantaged position, on the basis of Art. 12 of the ZOP, given that the articles are included in the List of goods and services under Art. 12, para. 1, item 1 of ZOP, approved by PMS No. 591/18.07.2016.
  When awarding the public contract, which has been reserved by the contracting authority, persons may participate, provided that at least 30 percent of their list consists of people with disabilities or those in unequal position. The persons under Art. 12, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act must be registered as specialized enterprises or cooperatives of people with disabilities at least three years before the date of opening the specific procedure for awarding a public contract (Article 12, paragraph 5 of the Public Procurement Act).
  Specialized enterprises or cooperatives of disabled people may participate in the public procurement, provided that they can fulfill at least 80 percent of its subject matter with their own machinery, equipment and human resources.
