Description:
The subject of the contract is: "Production and delivery of food vouchers on paper under Ordinance No. 11 of December 21, 2005". The approximate number of paper vouchers is 50,000 in one year (or 4160 pieces an average per month) with a face value of 4 BGN at the time of change of valueof the voucher, the contracting authority will notify the contractor with the relevant application (upon change of the regulatory framework, reached agreements in the collective agreement or in other cases). Paper vouchers are issued in accordance with the requirements of Ordinance No. 11 of 21.12.2005.to determine the conditions and procedure for providing free food and/or supplements thereto (Ordinance No. 11). These vouchers are only forecast and are used for the purposes of conducting the procedure. They in no way oblige the contracting authority to order them. The real deliveries will beThey are carried out depending on the needs that have arisen during the performance of the contract.
The estimated value of the public procurement is a total of about BGN 801,000 (eight hundred and one thousand) BGN excluding VAT for 24 (twenty -four) months (respectively BGN 400 500 excluding VAT for 12 months) - with forecast includedPayments to the respective contractor for the nominal value of the vouchers (about 99840 pieces for 24 months), as well as an estimated price for the production and delivery of each paper voucher (BGN 0.01 without VAT).
