Description:
The subject of the contract is: "Production and delivery of food vouchers on paper under Ordinance No. 11 of 21.12.2005 for the employees of FSMP-Sofia". At present, the denomination of one voucher for one duty is BGN 4. In case of change of the value of the voucher, the contracting authority will notify the contractor with the respectiveApplication (upon change of the regulatory framework, reached agreements in the collective agreement or in other cases). Paper vouchers are issued in accordance with the requirements of Ordinance No. 11 of 21.12.2005 on determining the conditions and procedure for providing freeFood and/or supplements to it (Ordinance No. 11) and are intended for the distribution of employees in FSMP-Sofia (Sofia, 129 Vasil Levski Blvd.). These vouchers are only forecast and are used for the purposes of conducting the procedure. They in no way oblige the contracting authority toordered. Real deliveries will be made depending on the needs that have arisen during the performance of the contract.
This order is carried out in mind the inability to provide a contractor for the provision of a dining room for the employees of the FSMP-Sofia-a previous public public has been heldOrder with a number in Rop 00006-2025-0003, but no offers were received. Despite the efforts of the contracting authority, neither stakeholders nor potential contractors were found. In the event that a contractor is still found, the voucher contract will be terminated early on the respectiveclause.
