• Production and provision of free food to workers at the Kozloduy NPP EAD site, according to Ordinance No. 11/21.12.2005. Production and provision of free food and ready-to-eat food, including all food groups according to the Act for the food of workers at the Kozloduy NPP EAD site, according to Ordinance No. 11/21.12.2005, including: production and provision of ready-to-eat food in the chairs; supply of food and foodstuffs necessary for the production of food, as well as in ready-to-eat form in a minimal assortment for direct sale in the stands next to the chairs; production and provision of food in ready-to-eat form in the event of an emergency (in this case the activities will be carried out in a protected zone that includes: main portal 5, block 6, BPS checkpoint); preparation of daily and weekly menus with meals; daily transportation of the produced food to sites where it is only provided; organizing and carrying out loading and unloading operations of the delivered foodstuffs and foods and their proper storage; conducting incoming control when delivering foodstuffs, food and beverages; preparation of meal calculations; daily sanitization and maintenance of the provided premises and assets; microbiological analysis of the hygiene of the contact surfaces of objects, utensils and equipment; техническа профилактика и ремонт на предоставените машини, съоръжения и инвентар, съгласно условият...
