- The need to award this public procurement is bound by organized group vacations outside the country by EA "Military Clubs and Military Respectful" within the framework of international CLIMS cooperation and a breathless exchange of servicemen and civilians from the Ministry of Defense, The structures of direct submission to the Ministry of Defense and the Bulgarian Army.
The subject of the contract includes providing airline tickets for travel abroad in all categories of economy and business class according to the needs of the contracting authority.
