- The subject of the public procurement is the selection of a contractor for providing hotel accommodation abroad for the needs of Medical University "Prof. Dr. Paraskev Stoyanov"-Varna.
Accommodation are realized on business trips, conferences, trainings, seminars, specializations, sports competitions and events, workshops and more.
The parameters of each individual accommodation shall be indicated in a specific inquiry submitted by e -mail by a representative of the contracting authority within the term of the contract. The inquiry indicates a minimum: accommodation dates, location, categorization of the hotel, the number of nights and persons (specific or indicative) and requirements for single/double accommodation.
The number of nights is Estimated and the contracting authority reserves the right to increase or reduce the stated volumes according to its needs and financial security.
The price for hotel accommodation abroad (overnight with breakfast with incl. VAT and tourist fee and all other fees and taxes determined in accordance with local legislation), Employees of the Medical University - Varna should not exceed the maximum amount of apartment money determined in accordance with the Ordinance on official business trips and specializations abroad.
