- Short description and the main purpose of the contract (description of the activities) in the subject of the lot 1 are included activities for hotel accommodation after preliminary request of employees of the contracting authority in office business trips in the country and abroad, as well as guests (artists). The contractor provides and upon explicit request by the contracting authority hotel reservations for hotel accommodation (category 2, 3, 4 stars or upon request for a higher category of stars), to employees of the contracting authority for business missions in the country and/or abroad, as well as for guest artists (contractors) of the TMPC- Varna. The subject of Lot 2 includes activities for provision after preliminary request by the contracting authority, airline tickets for transportation of passengers and luggage in Bulgaria and abroad of employees of the contracting authority in the business trips in the country and/or abroad, as well as for guest artists (contractors) of TMPC - Varna. The contractor provides profitable and convenient flights, on all days of the week, on domestic and international airlines, mainly economical class, as well as traveling activities as needed. The full scope of activities included in each of the separate positions, are detailed in the technical specification, an integral part of the documentation for participation.
