- The subject of the public procurement is to provide hotel accommodation for business trips of the Republic of Bulgaria and abroad to employees of the Ministry of Tourism, as well as of persons who have concluded contracts for services in hotels mainly 3 or 4 stars.
The purpose of the contract is to choose a contractor,which, upon request, to provide a reservation for hotel accommodation in the business trips in the country and outside the country, including in Bulgaria at the invitation of the contracting authority foreign/outsiders.
1. The most commonly used travel/accommodation destinations are big cities inBulgaria, including Sofia Plovdiv, Varna, Burgas, etc., resort settlements and others according to the need.The persons for whom a reservation for hotel accommodation for the term of the contract should be provided - approximately 50 (fifty) persons;
1.2 estimated number of reservations per year (in one hotel/place of accommodation, regardless of the number of nights or number of accommodation) - about 200 (two hundred)reservations;
1.3 Estimated frequency of reservation requests for the term of the contract - approximately 10/20 (ten/ twenty) reservations per month;
1.4 average duration of the planned stay - about 2-4 (two to four) calendar days
