• Description:
• The subject of the public procurement includes activities for organizing events - information meetings and seminars, hotel accommodation and feeding, in implementation of projects of the National Police Directorate General on the topic "Digitization of expert and forensic registration and "strengthening the capacity of the police in the prevention and fight against drug crimes" funded under the Internal Security Fund 2021 - 2027, as follows:
  • Organization of seminars in the districts of Varna, Burgas, Smolyan, Sofia, Plovdiv, Blagoevgrad;
  • Organization of information meetings in Gr. Sofia;
  • Provision of hotel accommodation in the districts of Varna, Burgas, Smolyan, Sofia, Plovdiv, Blagoevgrad for the purposes of conducting the seminars;
  • Organization of feeding participants during the events.
  Organizing and conducting events must be done in accordance with With the requirements set by the contracting authority in the technical specification, the places of accommodation, the places of the events, the organization of the nutrition of the participants, the materials for the events and the conditions for the implementation.
