• The performance requirements are described in detail in the Technical Specification of the Contracting Authority - Appendix No. 1.
  "Providing out-of-warranty basic support of the specialized software of the Unified Information System for the Management of Human Resources in the State Administration (EISUCHRDA)"
  Subject to be awarded are the Services for out-of-warranty basic support of the specialized software of the Unified Information System for the Management of Human Resources in the State Administration (EISUCHRDA).
  Included in the scope of out-of-warranty basic support of EISUCHRDA's specialized software the following sub-activities:
  1. Sub-activity "System Administration";
  2. Sub-activity "Maintenance of HeRMeS Base V licenses, including identification, tracking and elimination of errors, incidents and problems in the base components, functions and procedures in HeRMeS Base V";
  3. Sub-activity "Receiving, installation and setup of all new versions, extensions and modifications of HeRMeS Base V according to the licenses used';
  4. Sub-activity "Maintenance of the components, functionalities and procedures of the system's specialized software in an operational state, including identification, tracking and troubleshooting errors, incidents and problems in the components, functionalities and procedures of the specialized software of
