- This procedure for awarding a public procurement aims at concluding a contract for providing persons for the technical support of the activity of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy (MLSP). The subject of the public procurement includes:
- Conducting a procedure for selecting and appointing Persons to support the activity of MLSP.
- Complete administration of employment and legal relationships with employment contracts.
The performance of the service should provide a quality recruitment of staff and
administering the work-law relationships between the contractor and the rented by him Occupational contract persons.
The employer's legal relationship (the participant selected as a contractor) and the employee who agrees to be hired for such temporary employment is subordinated to one specific purpose - satisfying the need for the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy, which will use this workforce.
