  The subject of this order is: "Provision of services for organizing events and activities with the participation of foreigners, related to the implementation of programs, projects and the international activity of the Ministry of Environment and Water" with three separate positions.
  The scope of the order and the three separate items include services as follows:
  1. Provision of hall/s, room/s and/or outdoors space;
  2. Technical/conference equipment;
  3. Provision of accommodation;
  4. Transportation;
  5. Catering and lunches and dinners in independent dining and entertainment establishments - category one star, two stars, three stars, four stars and five stars;
  6. Provision of consumables, materials and other services.
  The organizational-technical and logistical preparation includes provision (rent) of halls, premises, open spaces, technical/conference equipment and sound, hotel accommodation, transport, provision of meals, catering and coffee breaks, provision of materials for the events.
  1. Separate position No. 1: "Organization of international events and activities with the participation of foreigners, related to the international activity of the Ministry of Environment and Water".
