3. Providing an on-site maintenance specialist to the contracting authority until the problem is rectified, when the problem cannot be remedied remotely.
4. Providing continuous access of the contracting authority to the Unified system for providing support for the e-learning platform Blackboard and its modules - Behind Blackboard.
