Description:
The subject of this order is the provision of post -warranty subscription support and update of the current system for management of the NSSI Contact Center. In addition, it is necessary to provide subscription service to cover the software and The hardware components of all installations related to the operation of the IP voice communications system, including the necessary licenses.
The main purpose, which performs this system is, servicing incoming calls, through automatic voice response (IVR), distribution of calls to operators (Automatic Call Distributor (ACD) and registration of Customer Relationship Manegement (CRM) (CRM) (CRM) And supervisors use Cisco Finesse as a desktop, providing easy access to the applications and information required for customer service. In compliance with this purpose, additional components are provided for recording call recording and automatically generate voice messages (Text-to-Speech (TTS).
