- Subscription support for the Workflow accounting software implemented by the Ministry of Energy includes:
➢ Consultations by telephone and online, and if necessary, on the spot in the case of problems with regard to the operation of the software, or the additional applications developed;
➢ System Procedures aimed at maintaining a databases in a working condition. This includes checks for data errors to a document, in the chart of the account, in the quantities, in the nomenclatures, for unaccounted documents, for the wrong or main accounts, as well as taking action to eliminate them;
➢ System assistance in the elimination of problems of technological-exploitation nature, which interferes with the normal functioning of the software product (network problems, impaired card structure, blocked or incomplete access);
➢ Administration of the database;
➢ Update developed applications to The software product for changes to the chart of budget organizations (SBA) or the single budget classification (EBC).
➢ Maintenance of the module for automatic issuance of electronic invoices;
➢ Consultations and procedures for archiving databases;
➢ Maintenance module depreciation;
➢ Assistance in removal problems related to the installation and reinstallation of the software product of workstations and servers;
➢ Maintaining and providing an updated guide to working with the software/electronic program product;
➢ Trainings on the spot when entering a new accountant;
