- The subject of the public procurement is "Provision of maintenance of software for virtualization of server infrastructure in 2 lots" as follows:
Lot # 1: "Providing support for virtualization software for the VMware infrastructure for the ministry's needs Energy (Me);
Lot 2: "Providing maintenance of software for virtualization of the VMware server infrastructure for the needs of the Public Procurement Agency (AOP)".

Execution requirements are detailed in the technical specification of the contracting authority to the respective Lot.
The subject in Lot 1 includes providing a license for the right of use and maintenance of virtualization software - VMWARE VSPHERE STANDARD 8, 68 cores.
The implementation requirements are detailed in the technical specification to the lot - Annex No 1.1.

The deadline for providing the right of use and maintenance of the software licenses is up to 10 (ten) working days from the entry of the force of the contract.
The validity period of the provided licenses for the right to use and maintenance is up to 10.10.2027.
Participant should be duly Authorized by the manufacturer of the software or by its official representative for granted the right to distribute the offered software products on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
