Description:
The subject of the public procurement is the provision of transportation of patients in need of dialysis treatment from their homes to the Dialysis Department at St. Anna University Hospital - Sofia AD and vice versa. The service includes transportation of dialysis patients from Sofia and municipalities from Sofia District,which will be carried out on the basis of a preliminary detailed schedule presented by the contracting authority at the end of each month for the next one.VAT.The expiration of each month for the next. The schedule includes transportable patients with names, addresses, telephone number, the planned number of dialysis for each patient and their exact days and hours for the respective month.Patients should be transported to the dialysis ward no later than 30 minutes before the start time for dialysis, respectively, the removal from the medical establishment to the addresses indicated by them should take place no later than 30 minutes after the end time of dialysis.
