Description: The selected contractor should perform an assessment of the investment project in accordance with Art. 142, para. 5 of the ZUT and Construction Supervision during construction. Assessment of the compliance of the investment project shall be carried out in accordance with Art. 142, para. 5 of a ZUT. The exercise of construction supervision will be in volume and scope according to the requirements of the TB and the relevant secondary legislation.
A detailed description of all requirements for the selected contractor and a description of the site for which conformity and construction supervision will be carried out is contained in the technical specification and annexes attached to the documentation.
