The subject of this public procurement is the selection of a consultant to assess the conformity of Investment project and exercise of construction supervision according to Art. 166-168 of the SPA for the site "Upgrading of an existing municipal composting installation with improvement/modernization of recycling technology of separately collected biodegradable household waste", Pleven
