  The subject of this public procurement includes the provision of consulting services related to with the organization and management of a project "Individual concept with a project idea to reduce secondary dusting, by applying green measures, on the territory of the city of Shumen", submitted for financing under Procedure No. BG16FFPR002-5.008 "Green measures in an urban environment (3)" under the "Environment" Program 2021-2027
  The subject of the order includes the following activities:
  Preparation of requests for funds, reports, references and attachments to them, as well as any other documentation related to the implementation of the activities to be presented to the MA;
  Compliance with the correct and timely implementation of project activities;
  Observance of compliance with all normative documents of POS 2021-2027 and general normative documents for project implementation;
  Identifying and reporting in a timely manner on detected irregularities in the implementation of the project, as well as on cases in which it can be assumed that there are irregularities;
  Organization and elimination of deficiencies and/or inconsistencies in reporting documents;
  Keeping costs in line with the commitment
  When carrying out control activities and monitoring, the team will monitor compliance with the clauses of the concluded contracts with contractors.
