Description:
The subject of this public procurement is the award of specialized consulting engineering services to an independent contractor with professional qualification and practical experience in the exercise of construction supervision within the meaning of the Spatial Planning Act and the preparation/update of technical passports for buildings, In order to guarantee the lawful implementation of the construction works and authorize the use of the site, in accordance with Art. 166 and Art. 168 of the Spatial Planning Act (SPA) in volume and scope in accordance with the requirements of the SPA and the relevant by -laws. The contractor should carry out Consulting Engineering Services related to the overall investment process for the implementation of investment projects and the commissioning of sites, including the following services:
Exercise construction supervision during the execution of construction works;
preparation of a final Report to the contracting authority, in accordance with Art. 168, para. 6 of the SPA;
Preparation of a technical passport of the site, in accordance with Art. 176a of the Spatial Planning Act and within the scope specified in Article 4 of Ordinance No. 5 of December 28, 2006 on the technical passports of the works issued by the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works (MRDPW, Updated SG, issue. 7/2007);
