Activity 1. Preparation of a complex report on the conformity assessment of the investment project in the technical project phase, including an assessment of conformity under Art. 169, para. 1, item 6 and assessment of the conformity of the part "structural". The activity involves an assessment of conformity with the essentialRequirements for the construction works on all parts of the investment project, in volume and content according to the SPA, including the conformity assessment and technical control of the part "constructive" in accordance with Art. 142, para. 10 of the Spatial Planning Act and the preparation of a comprehensive report on conformity assessments. Contractorshould assist the contracting authority in the procedure for coordination and approval of the investment project and issuance of a building permit.
