Exercise construction supervision during construction until the acceptance and commissioning of the construction in the mandatory scope, regulated in the Spatial Planning Act and the by -laws for its implementation, including:
carrying out inspection and control of the delivered and investment in the constructionConstruction products, which ensure the fulfillment of the basic requirements for the construction works in accordance with the requirements of the ordinance under Art. 9, para. 2, item 5 of the Law on Technical Requirements for Products, as well as
coordination of the construction process until the commissioning of the construction,including control of the quantities, quality and compliance of the completed construction works with the contract for the implementation of the construction works of the site;and safe working conditions when performing construction and installation works, incl. Execution of all obligations of the contracting authority provided for in the said ordinance;
