Description:
The following activities are included in the subject of the order:
Exercise construction supervision according to Article 166, Paragraph 1, Item 1 of the SPA, including:
- Reporting the course of construction and construction works performed (preparation of a monthly or extraordinary report; verification and approval of the monthly reports of the contractor construction; Preparation of protocols of workshops with construction participants; verification and verification of the quantity and values of the construction works performed for the execution of construction, etc.), including by signing the protocols for reporting the actual construction works in quantities and prices (Act form 19);
- Fulfillment of the functions of the safety and health coordinator, in accordance with the requirements of Article 5, paragraph 3 of Ordinance No. 2 of 2004 on the minimum requirements for health and safety at work when performing construction and installation works;
- implementation of investor control activities of Stage construction.
