• The subject of the public procurement includes the provision of electronic communication services and is divided into two separate positions, as follows: - Separate position No. 1: "Provision of telecommunications services through a public mobile cellular network on standard GSM' and - Specific position No. 2: "Provision of electronic communication services through a public fixed electronic communication network" A detailed description of the services included in the subject of the order and requirements for the execution of the order, se contains in the Technical Specification for the relevant separate items - Appendix No. 1 and Appendix No. 2, integral parts of the documentation for the public procurement. The initial number of available SIM cards is 43. The indicated number is indicative, with the possibility of increase or decrease the number within 10% of the subscribers of the group at the request of the Contracting Authority. The service, the subject of the specific position, should be provided according to the requirements listed below: 1. To provide an opportunity to save the the telephone numbers used by the Contracting Authority when changing the provider of the mobile phone service. 2. To provide the Contracting Authority with subscription SIM-cards for connection to its mobile cellular network, according to the GSM/UMTS/LTE standard, upon request, by types subscription plans set by the Contracting Authority, according to the needs and requirements of the various subscribers in the Corporate Group, for the duration of the contract. 3.
