The purpose of this order is to provide fixed voice telecommunication service and Internet services for the needs of UNSS, including specialized supplies and services related to this activity. The subject of the service includes activities on:
- providing support for a virtual telephone exchange with minimum functionalities, according to the content of the technical specification;
- provision of 1 single number of the type 07000ххххх for making calls from users for the purpose of use of customer service, which are paid according to the tariff plan of the end user;
- provision, upon additional request by the Contracting Authority, of an IP telephone type 1,2,3,4 - with minimum parameters, according to the content of the technical specification;
- The contractor follows to build integrated call centers with an unlimited number of agents, queues, inquiries and statistics, without additional costs at the UNSS address on computer equipment provided by the contracting authority.
