- "Provision of group risk insurance to unemployed persons enrolled in training, according to Art. 30a, Para. 1, Item 22 and Para. 2 Item 14 of the National Health Insurance Act and Article 69, Paragraph 8 of the National Health Insurance Act" This public procurement is announced for the fulfillment of the statutory obligation of the Agency for employment to insure unemployed persons enrolled in training, financed by the State Budget in accordance with Article 30a, Paragraph 1, Item 22 and Paragraph 2 Item 14 of the National Health Insurance Act and Article 69, Paragraph 8 of the National Health Insurance Act. According to Art. 30a, para. 1, item 22 and para. 2, item 14 of the ZNP and art. 69, para. 8 of the PPZNP for the implementation of programs and measures to promote employment, funds are provided for group risk insurance to unemployed persons enrolled in training for the duration of the training, for which the Employment Agency concludes a contract for group risk insurance of the trainees for the duration of their training. With the promulgation in SG no. 30/27.03.2026 of the ZID of the Law on the collection of revenues and the execution of expenses in 2026 (until the adoption of the ZDB of the Republic of Bulgaria for 2026) contracts can be concluded for the training of unemployed persons under Art. 63 of the National Labor and Welfare Act, of the Central Committee of the Russian Federation and on projects of the social partners under Art. 31, paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code. According to the preliminary draft of the National Employment Action Plan - 2026, training is planned for 5,616 unemployed persons and funds amounting to of 5,000 euros for their insurance for the duration of the training, as part of these trainings will also end in 2027.
