- The public order includes the provision of digital mobile phone service "GSM" class and related specialized services for the use of mobile phone networks for the needs of BTA, with an estimated number of 224 numbers. for a period of 24 months.

The Contractor should provide services described in detail in the Technical Specification with the following minimum functionalities and requirements for the service (listed non-exhaustively): • The services used by BTAour 209 SIM cards must be allocated to a business group with free and unlimited calls in it. • SIM cards for calls should have unlimited Internet traffic included. • Providing the ability to conduct outgoing and incoming calls in the operator's network. • Provision of possability to conduct outgoing and incoming calls with end users of other mobile and fixed land networks. • Providing the ability to make international calls to end users of mobile and fixed land networks in Europe and the rest of the world. • Provision ofthe possibility of conducting calls in International Roaming with end-users of mobile and fixed land networks.
