- The purpose of the public procurement is to select a Contractor to provide hotel accommodation services in Bulgaria and abroad for the needs of BTA. Hotel accommodation will be carried out at the request of the Contracting Authority, for double and/or single accommodation, in a different hotel category. The chosen one fulfilledtel should provide hotel accommodation for individual trips of employees, as well as for large-scale events requiring accommodation for large groups of people. In 2024, it is planned to hold a "World Media Meeting" in Odessa, for about 70 people, 3 nights. Insurance services nand hotel accommodation provide participation in a number of events, including the implementation of projects financed by the EU or others. donors, including the "Europe in the Balkans: Common Future" project, as well as business trips. The estimated number of nights is about 1,740 nights. The contracting authority has no obligationability to use them, as well as the possibility of exceeding them during the term of the contract.
