Lot I: Responsibilities insurance
Lot II: Mandatory Labor Accident Insurance
Responsible insurance involving the following sections:
Section I: Liability to third parties including product liability insurance, insuring the contracting authority to third parties for pecuniary and non -pecuniary damage caused during or in connection with its activity, including damages from the Product (Service), with the extension of insurance coverage for "environmental liability", insuring the liability of the contracting authority for environmental damages, occurring suddenly and incidentally in carrying out the activity of the contracting authority and/ or as a result of the products provided by him (Services), as well as "Liability under the Liability Act to prevent and repair ecological damage (EU Directive 2004/35/EC)".
CONTRACTOR Liability Liability:
