Description:
The subject of the public procurement is the provision of insurance services for the needs of St. Anna University Hospital - Sofia AD. Insurance services are set up in three separate lots as follows:
1. Property insurance of buildings and medical equipment of St. Anna University Hospital - Sofia AD;
2. The insurance "professional responsibility" of the persons practicing the medical profession at the University Hospital "St. Anna" - Sofia AD, in accordance with the Health Act and Ordinance on the compulsory insurance of the persons exercising the medical profession.
3.The insurance "Civil liability of motorists" of a motor vehicle owned by Hospital "St. Anna" -Sofia AD and Casco insurance of a motor vehicle owned by Hospital "St. Anna" -Sofia AD. Offers can be submitted:
- For the whole procedure
- for one or more lots.
Participation for a separate position is complex, with participants submitting only one An offer for the execution of the order and no options are allowed. Service insurance broker for insurance in all lots is "MM Insurance Broker" EOOD, according to a contract for award and on the grounds of Article 301 of the CC. The deadline for execution of the order is 12 months from her assignment.
