• "Provision of insurance services for the needs of UMBAL "Sveta Marina" EAD for a period of 2 (two) years" by specific positions, FOR SPECIFIC POSITION No. 1 "Professional Liability Insurance" The object of the public procurement is a service within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA). The subject of the public procurement is the provision of insurance services, distributed according to the following specific positions: Separate Item No. 1 "Professional Liability Insurance" Special position #2 "Car Insurance" Separate position No. 3 "Movable property insurance "Medical equipment"" The estimated value of this public procurement for the provision of insurance services is EUR 240,000.00 (two hundred and forty thousand EUR) excluding VAT included with VAT tax included, divided into three separate items (OP) as follows: OP No. 1: Professional liability insurance - 208,811.20 euros (two hundred and eight thousand eight hundred and eleven euros and twenty euro cents) excluding VAT with VAT tax; OP No. 2: "Automotive insurance" - 25,053.30 euros (twenty-five thousand and fifty-three euros and thirty euro cents) excluding VAT, including VAT tax.
