• The total estimated value of this public procurement is up to EUR 128,100.00, incl. 2% insurance premium tax (IPR) for all specified items as follows: Separate position No. 1: "Insurance "Professional liability of the medical staff of UMBALSM "N.I. Pirogov" EAD in the exercise of medical activity" - 103,000.00 euros with 2% VAT. Separate position No. 2 - Insurance "Accident to the seats in motor vehicles" - 200.00 euros with 2% surcharge. Separate position No. 3 "Property insurance of the building stock and machines and equipment of UMBALSM "N.I. Pirogov" EAD" - 24,900.00 euros with 2% VAT. According to Art. 21, para. 6 ZOP, the Contracting Authority has the right to assign separate positions in the order valid for the individual estimated value of each of them, provided that the value of the relevant specific item does not exceed EUR 79,998.77 for supplies and services, and the total estimated value of the specific items awarded in this way does not exceed 20 percent of the total estimated value of the contract. In these cases regardless of the residual value of the order, it is assigned in the order applicable to the total estimated value of the entire order. Considering the above, the estimated value of: The value of separate item No. 2 amounts to 0.2% of the total value of the contract.
