- Provision of insurance services for the property and non-property interests of "STOLICHEN AVTOTRANSPORT" EAD. The scope of the order includes the following insurances: Mandatory insurances, according to Art. 461 of the Insurance Code (IC) and the Ordinance on compulsory insurance of workers and employees related to the activity of the CONTRACTING PARTY: Mandatory "Civil liability" insurance for motorists according to the Insurance Code, which covers buses and motor vehicles, including trucks and light trucks, intra-departmental transport and official cars owned by the Contracting Authority; Mandatory "Passenger accident" insurance in public transport, according to Art. 471 of the Insurance Code (IC) - all seats in vehicles are insured means owned and operated by the Contracting Authority, the insurance premium being determined as a percentage of the sale of vehicle documents sold by the bus drivers in the vehicles; Mandatory "Occupational accident" insurance of the operator personnel - service workers and bus drivers, as well as all employees falling under the Ordinance on compulsory insurance of workers and employees for the risk "Occupational accident"; Mandatory "Medical insurance for foreigners", according to the Ordinance on the general conditions, the minimum insurance amount, the minimum insurance premium and the procedure for concluding mandatory medical insurance for foreigners staying short-term or long-term...
