- The subject of the order is the provision of legal services to RIOSV-Varna for the implementation of a project under the procedure for direct provision of BFP No. BG16M1OP002-3.022 "Improving the environmental protection status of steppe natural habitats by purchasing land" under priority axis 3 "Natura 2000 and bidiversity" of the OPE 2014-2020, and includes assisting the Contracting Authority in the process of purchasing undeveloped land in protected areas in implementation of the project by providing specialized legal services in the field of: real property law, administrative law, competitive lawlaw and in particular on the application of the rules for state aid, public procurement, commercial law and in other areas of law as necessary. Legal services are provided to the Contracting Authority in the form of written consultations, legal opinions, drafting of documents, contracts,powers of attorney as well as other legal documents.
